FAQs

What is the Bloc FaceShield? The Bloc FaceShield is a PPE protective face shield with foam padding for the forehead. The face shield protects the face and eyes from liquid droplets and splashes.

Can I wear the Bloc FaceShield over my glasses? The product can be worn with additional face protection such as prescription or protective eyewear and face masks.

Are the face shields re-usable? Within the healthcare sector, Bloc FaceShields are intended as single use only. For non-healthcare applications, they can be used for a prolonged period of time and cleaned using soapy water below 70*C only.

How is the Bloc FaceShield fitted to the user? Simply place the face shield on a flat surface, insert tail through the sizing hole and hook head strap at preferred size. Insert the tail into a slot and place on head. Please refer to our How to Fit video above or on YouTube, or our product specifications.

Are the face shield kits easy to assemble? Yes, The Bloc FaceShield is very easy to assemble. Please refer to our How to Assemble video above or on YouTube, or our product specifications.

How quickly can I get my order? Bloc FaceShield kits are in stock and normally delivered within 2-3 working days of placing order.

How many can I order? For orders over 2,400 please contact faceshield@blocblinds.com

If I order 100 boxes is the lead time still the same? Yes, for orders on the website up to 100 cases, lead time remains delivery within 2-3 working days of placing order.

I live outside of the UK & Ireland; can you deliver to me? In addition to the UK & Ireland, we ship to the following countries via our website; Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain. For other countries, please contact faceshield@blocblinds.com.

What size are the Face Shields? The Bloc FaceShield fits all head sizes from age 5 years to Adult. Fitting head circumference ranges from 505mm to 630mm.
